TEXANZ Beef Rub This BBQ rub is very Texas!  Inspired by the big Texan BBQ joints. This beefy BBQ seasoning is fantastic on brisket, short ribs, and steaks, but can be applied to anything you like. It’s also great on lamb, chicken, and grilled vegetables. TEXANZ Lamb & Game Rub We started with a Texas-style base, then added in some flavours from south of the border to come up with a salt and pepper hit, followed very quickly by subtle yet firm Cumin flavour profile, finishing with a hint of mint on the back end.  It's delicate enough to let the flavour of the meat shine but has enough body to stand up on its own. As with all of our Texas style red meat rubs, this is a savoury flavour profile with no sugar. Whether you want low and slow or hot and fast on your Lamb & Game cuts, look no further than this rub.
