ProQ Water Pan - Excel & & Charmate Colt 48 Replacement water pan for ProQ and Charmate Colt Smokers. The water pan sits above the coals and stabilises the BBQ Smoker temperature making it perfect for low’n slow authentic BBQ cooking. It is designed to be used when roasting and smoking using indirect heat. It can also be used as a wok or a paella pan. We recommend lining it with tinfoil and filling with sand (instead of water) for better bark and even better temperature control.
