Replacement water pan for ProQ BBQ Smokers. The water pan sits above the coals and stabilises the BBQ Smoker temperature making it perfect for low’n slow authentic BBQ cooking. It is designed to be used when roasting and smoking using indirect heat. It can also be used as a wok or a paella pan.
