Ball Valve Adapter Use the Ball Valve Adapter to install the FireBoard Drive Blower to your cooker. Many popular drum smokers and cabinet smokers have ball valve fittings already installed, allowing easy fan installation with this adapter. Using commonly found thread reducers or enlargers, this adapter can be mounted to almost any standard pipe threading. To install, use the sliding rails on the Drive Blower to fit through the slots on this adapter and tighten the thumb screws. Introducing the FireBoard Ring, our first Drive-enabled appliance. Designed for use with 22″ Weber kettle grills paired with a Drive-enabled FireBoard device, the FireBoard Ring enables your kettle to do more than ever before. HOW IT WORKS Drive-powered fan control using radial air flow distribution FireBoard Ring connects to a Drive-enabled FireBoard device to distribute air flow throughout its circular enclosure. Then, air is pushed vertically down into the kettle grill body via small holes along the bottom of the Ring. The generated heat is then distributed via a ceramic diffuser plate, creating an efficient and homogenous environment perfect for low-and-slow smoking. The Ring sits around the rim of the kettle so that you have all the space you need. FireBoard Ball Valve Adaptor - G3 Blower Use the G3 Ball Valve Adapter to install the FireBoard Drive Blower G3 to your cooker. Many popular drum smokers and cabinet smokers have ball valve fittings already installed, allowing easy fan installation with this adapter. Using commonly found thread reducers or enlargers, this adapter can be mounted to almost any standard pipe threading. To install, remove the adapter plate tab and replace with the ball valve adapter. Then secure with the thumb screw and nut. Note that this ball valve adapter is not compatible with the original Drive Blower G2.

FireBoard Sous Vide Probe The SV311 Temperature Probe extends the sheath to 5″ which provides a better configuration for cooking in pots and Sous-Vide cooking. Can also be used inside of a oven, grill, cooler, or freezer. Specifications: 6 ft. cable, 2.5mm audio connector, 5 in. long probe, 4mm. diameter.  1/4 BSP Threading. SV311T – Probe type: 100K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C). SV311 – Probe type: RTD PT-100 Class A. Probe Temperature Range: -58 to 716°F (-50 to 380°C).

FireBoard Cold Storage Ambient Probe Use this probe for monitoring cold storage or ambient room temperatures. The 10K thermistor probe built with a 20′ wire is also easy to splice and extend, and additional lengths of 100s of feet can be added without any impact to temperature accuracy. Probe type: 10K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: -58 to 248°F (-50 to 120°C). Specifications: 20 ft. cord, 2.5mm audio connector, 1 in. long probe, 4mm. diameter.
