INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb mixed raw nuts (or nuts of your choice)

  • 2 tbs avocado, olive or coconut oil

  • 4 tbs of your favorite Cajun seasoning or use Cajun Seasoning recipe below

CAJUN SEASONING

  • 2 tbsp salt

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp ground white pepper

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp dried thyme

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

  • ½ tsp dry mustard

  • ½ tsp sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredient together in a large mixing bowl. Let sit for 1 hour.

  2. Drain excess oil.

  3. If whole nuts (large) pour into All-Purpose Hanger Basket and cook for 1 ½ - 2 hours or until desired doneness.

  4. If you prefer halved nuts, cook in oven safe dish or cast-iron skillet.
