INGREDIENTS

  • 8oz Block of Cheese

  • Oil or Butter Spray

  • Pit Barrel® All-Purpose Pit Rub

  • Crackers of your Choosing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brush Cream Cheese block with Oil on all sides and place on Foil Covered Grate

  2. Sprinkle Pit Barrel® All-Purpose Pit Rub on all sides of the block of Cream Cheese

  3. Light Pit Barrel® according to instructions

  4. Smoke for 2-3 hours

  5. Pull grate off of smoker. Grab your favorite crackers and dip in spread. Enjoy!
